Dr. Gabor Mate, MD gave an excellent lecture at the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND) convention this past weekend. I highly recommend anyone who hasn't heard him speak to pick up a copy of his book: "When the Body Says No - The Cost of Hidden Stress".
